1 После того как Давуд поселился в своём дворце, он сказал пророку Нафану: – Смотри, я живу во дворце из кедра, а сундук соглашения Вечного стоит в шатре.

2 Нафан ответил Давуду: – Иди и делай то, что у тебя на сердце, потому что Всевышний с тобой.

3 В ту ночь к Нафану было слово Всевышнего:

4 – Пойди и скажи Моему рабу Давуду: Так говорит Вечный: «Не ты построишь Мне дом для обитания.

5 Я не жил в доме с того дня, как вывел Исраил из Египта, и до сегодняшнего дня, но обитал в шатре и переходил с места на место.

6 Где бы Я ни ходил со всеми исраильтянами, разве Я когда-либо говорил кому-нибудь из их судей, . которым Я повелел пасти Свой народ: „Почему вы не построили Мне дом из кедра?“»

7 Итак, скажи Моему рабу Давуду: Так говорит Вечный, Повелитель Сил: «Я взял тебя, когда ты смотрел и ухаживал на пастбище за овцами, чтобы ты стал правителем Моего народа Исраила.

8 Я был с тобой, куда бы ты ни ходил, и сокрушил перед тобой всех твоих врагов. Я сделаю твоё имя великим, подобным именам великих людей земли.

9 Я устрою место для Своего народа Исраила и укореню его, чтобы у него был свой дом и чтобы никто его больше не тревожил. Нечестивые люди не будут больше притеснять его, как прежде,

10 с того времени, как Я поставил судей над Своим народом Исраилом. Я смирю всех твоих врагов. Я объявляю тебе, что Сам устрою твой дом.

11 Когда твои дни завершатся, и ты отойдёшь к своим предкам, Я возведу на престол твоего потомка, одного из твоих сыновей, и упрочу его царство.

12 Он построит Мне дом, а Я упрочу его престол навеки.

13 Я буду назван его Отцом, а он Мне сыном наречётся. Я не отниму от него Своей любви, как отнял её от твоего предшественника.

14 Я поставлю его над Своим домом и Своим царством навечно, и его престол будет установлен навеки».

15 Нафан передал Давуду все слова этого откровения.

16 Тогда царь Давуд вошёл, сел перед Вечным и сказал: – Кто я, о Вечный Бог, и что такое моя семья, что Ты так возвеличил меня?

17 И словно этого не было достаточно в Твоих глазах, Всевышний, Ты ещё рассказал о будущем дома Твоего раба. Ты открыл мне то, что человек желает знать, о Вечный Бог.

18 Что ещё может сказать Тебе Давуд за прославление Твоего раба? Ведь Ты знаешь Своего раба,

19 о Вечный! Ради Своего раба и по Своей воле Ты совершил это великое дело и дал все эти великие обещания.

20 Нет подобного Тебе, Вечный, и нет Бога, кроме Тебя, как слышали мы своими ушами.

21 И кто подобен Исраилу, единственному народу на земле, который Всевышний выкупил Себе, чтобы сделать Своим народом? Чтобы все узнали имя Твоё, Ты совершил великие и ужасные дела, выкупив Свой народ из Египта и изгнав перед ним другие народы.

22 Ты сделал Исраил Своим собственным народом навеки, и Ты, о Вечный, стал его Богом.

23 И теперь, Вечный, пусть обещание, которое Ты дал о Своём рабе и его доме, утвердится навеки, и сделай, как Ты обещал.

24 Пусть пребудет и возвеличится Твоё имя вовеки, чтобы люди говорили: «Вечный, Повелитель Сил, Бог Исраила, есть Бог над Исраилом!» И дом Твоего раба Давуда утвердится перед Тобой.

25 Так как Ты, мой Бог, открыл Своему рабу, что устроишь его дом, то раб Твой нашёл в себе смелость молиться перед Тобой.

26 Вечный, Ты – Бог! Ты обещал Своему рабу это благо.

27 Пусть же станет Тебе угодно благословлять дом Твоего раба, чтобы он был перед Тобой вечно. Ведь Ты, Вечный, благословил его, и он будет благословен навеки!

1 Now it came to pass,1961 as834 David1732 sat3427 in his house,1004 that David1732 said559 to413 Nathan5416 the prophet,5030 Lo,2009 I595 dwell3427 in a house1004 of cedars,730 but the ark727 of the covenant1285 of the LORD3068 remaineth under8478 curtains.3407

2 Then Nathan5416 said559 unto413 David,1732 Do6213 all3605 that834 is in thine heart;3824 for3588 God430 is with5973 thee.

3 And it came to pass1961 the same1931 night,3915 that the word1697 of God430 came1961 to413 Nathan,5416 saying,559

4 Go1980 and tell559 413 David1732 my servant,5650 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD,3068 Thou859 shalt not3808 build1129 me a house1004 to dwell in: 3427

5 For3588 I have not3808 dwelt3427 in a house1004 since4480 the day3117 that834 I brought up5927 853 Israel3478 unto5704 this2088 day;3117 but have gone1961 from tent4480 168 to413 tent,168 and from one tabernacle4480 4908 to another.

6 Wheresoever3605 834 I have walked1980 with all3605 Israel,3478 spoke1696 I a word1697 to854 any259 of the judges8199 of Israel,3478 whom834 I commanded6680 to feed7462 853 my people,5971 saying,559 Why4100 have ye not3808 built1129 me a house1004 of cedars?730

7 Now6258 therefore thus3541 shalt thou say559 unto my servant5650 David,1732 Thus3541 saith559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 I589 took3947 thee from4480 the sheepcote,5116 even from4480 following310 the sheep,6629 that thou shouldest be1961 ruler5057 over5921 my people5971 Israel: 3478

8 And I have been1961 with5973 thee whithersoever3605 834 thou hast walked,1980 and have cut off3772 853 all3605 thine enemies341 from before4480 6440 thee, and have made6213 thee a name8034 like the name8034 of the great men1419 that834 are in the earth.776

9 Also I will ordain7760 a place4725 for my people5971 Israel,3478 and will plant5193 them, and they shall dwell7931 in their place,8478 and shall be moved7264 no3808 more;5750 neither3808 shall the children1121 of wickedness5766 waste1086 them any more,3254 as834 at the beginning,7223

10 And since the time4480 3117 that834 I commanded6680 judges8199 to be over5921 my people5971 Israel.3478 Moreover I will subdue3665 853 all3605 thine enemies.341 Furthermore I tell5046 thee that the LORD3068 will build1129 thee a house.1004

11 And it shall come to pass,1961 when3588 thy days3117 be expired4390 that thou must go1980 to be with5973 thy fathers,1 that I will raise up6965 853 thy seed2233 after310 thee, which834 shall be1961 of thy sons;4480 1121 and I will establish3559 853 his kingdom.4438

12 He1931 shall build1129 me a house,1004 and I will establish3559 853 his throne3678 forever.5704 5769

13 I589 will be1961 his father,1 and he1931 shall be1961 my son:1121 and I will not3808 take my mercy away5493 2617 from4480 5973 him, as834 I took5493 it from him that4480 834 was1961 before6440 thee:

14 But I will settle5975 him in mine house1004 and in my kingdom4438 forever:5704 5769 and his throne3678 shall be1961 established3559 forevermore.5704 5769

15 According to all3605 these428 words,1697 and according to all3605 this2088 vision,2377 so3651 did Nathan5416 speak1696 unto413 David.1732

16 And David1732 the king4428 came935 and sat3427 before6440 the LORD,3068 and said,559 Who4310 am I,589 O LORD3068 God,430 and what4310 is mine house,1004 that3588 thou hast brought935 me hitherto?5704 1988

17 And yet this2063 was a small thing6994 in thine eyes,5869 O God;430 for thou hast also spoken1696 of5921 thy servant's5650 house1004 for a great while to come,4480 7350 and hast regarded7200 me according to the estate8448 of a man120 of high degree,4609 O LORD3068 God.430

18 What4100 can David1732 speak more3254 5750 to413 thee for the honor3519 of853 thy servant?5650 for thou859 knowest3045 853 thy servant.5650

19 O LORD,3068 for thy servant's sake,5668 5650 and according to thine own heart,3820 hast thou done6213 853 all3605 this2063 greatness,1420 in making known3045 853 all3605 these great things.1420

20 O LORD,3068 there is none369 like thee,3644 neither369 is there any God430 beside2108 thee, according to all3605 that834 we have heard8085 with our ears.241

21 And what4310 one259 nation1471 in the earth776 is like thy people5971 Israel,3478 whom834 God430 went1980 to redeem6299 to be his own people,5971 to make7760 thee a name8034 of greatness1420 and terribleness,3372 by driving out1644 nations1471 from before4480 6440 thy people,5971 whom834 thou hast redeemed6299 out of Egypt?4480 4714

22 For853 thy people5971 Israel3478 didst thou make5414 thine own people5971 forever;5704 5769 and thou,859 LORD,3068 becamest1961 their God.430

23 Therefore now,6258 LORD,3068 let the thing1697 that834 thou hast spoken1696 concerning5921 thy servant5650 and concerning5921 his house1004 be established539 forever,5704 5769 and do6213 as834 thou hast said.1696

24 Let it even be established,539 that thy name8034 may be magnified1431 forever,5704 5769 saying,559 The LORD3068 of hosts6635 is the God430 of Israel,3478 even a God430 to Israel:3478 and let the house1004 of David1732 thy servant5650 be established3559 before6440 thee.

25 For3588 thou,859 O my God,430 hast told1540 853 241 thy servant5650 that thou wilt build1129 him a house:1004 therefore5921 3651 thy servant5650 hath found4672 in his heart to pray6419 before6440 thee.

26 And now,6258 LORD,3068 thou859 art God,430 and hast promised1696 this2063 goodness2896 unto5921 thy servant: 5650

27 Now6258 therefore let it please2974 thee to bless1288 853 the house1004 of thy servant,5650 that it may be1961 before6440 thee forever:5769 for3588 thou859 blessest,1288 O LORD,3068 and it shall be blessed1288 forever.5769

5 Я не жил в доме с того дня, как вывел Исраил из Египта, и до сегодняшнего дня, но обитал в шатре и переходил с места на место.

5 For3588 I have not3808 dwelt3427 in a house1004 since4480 the day3117 that834 I brought up5927 853 Israel3478 unto5704 this2088 day;3117 but have gone1961 from tent4480 168 to413 tent,168 and from one tabernacle4480 4908 to another.

6 Где бы Я ни ходил со всеми исраильтянами, разве Я когда-либо говорил кому-нибудь из их судей, . которым Я повелел пасти Свой народ: „Почему вы не построили Мне дом из кедра?“»

8 Я был с тобой, куда бы ты ни ходил, и сокрушил перед тобой всех твоих врагов. Я сделаю твоё имя великим, подобным именам великих людей земли.

8 And I have been1961 with5973 thee whithersoever3605 834 thou hast walked,1980 and have cut off3772 853 all3605 thine enemies341 from before4480 6440 thee, and have made6213 thee a name8034 like the name8034 of the great men1419 that834 are in the earth.776

9 Я устрою место для Своего народа Исраила и укореню его, чтобы у него был свой дом и чтобы никто его больше не тревожил. Нечестивые люди не будут больше притеснять его, как прежде,

10 с того времени, как Я поставил судей над Своим народом Исраилом. Я смирю всех твоих врагов. Я объявляю тебе, что Сам устрою твой дом.

10 And since the time4480 3117 that834 I commanded6680 judges8199 to be over5921 my people5971 Israel.3478 Moreover I will subdue3665 853 all3605 thine enemies.341 Furthermore I tell5046 thee that the LORD3068 will build1129 thee a house.1004

11 Когда твои дни завершатся, и ты отойдёшь к своим предкам, Я возведу на престол твоего потомка, одного из твоих сыновей, и упрочу его царство.

11 And it shall come to pass,1961 when3588 thy days3117 be expired4390 that thou must go1980 to be with5973 thy fathers,1 that I will raise up6965 853 thy seed2233 after310 thee, which834 shall be1961 of thy sons;4480 1121 and I will establish3559 853 his kingdom.4438

12 Он построит Мне дом, а Я упрочу его престол навеки.

12 He1931 shall build1129 me a house,1004 and I will establish3559 853 his throne3678 forever.5704 5769

13 Я буду назван его Отцом, а он Мне сыном наречётся. Я не отниму от него Своей любви, как отнял её от твоего предшественника.

13 I589 will be1961 his father,1 and he1931 shall be1961 my son:1121 and I will not3808 take my mercy away5493 2617 from4480 5973 him, as834 I took5493 it from him that4480 834 was1961 before6440 thee:

14 Я поставлю его над Своим домом и Своим царством навечно, и его престол будет установлен навеки».

15 Нафан передал Давуду все слова этого откровения.

15 According to all3605 these428 words,1697 and according to all3605 this2088 vision,2377 so3651 did Nathan5416 speak1696 unto413 David.1732

16 Тогда царь Давуд вошёл, сел перед Вечным и сказал: – Кто я, о Вечный Бог, и что такое моя семья, что Ты так возвеличил меня?

17 И словно этого не было достаточно в Твоих глазах, Всевышний, Ты ещё рассказал о будущем дома Твоего раба. Ты открыл мне то, что человек желает знать, о Вечный Бог.

17 And yet this2063 was a small thing6994 in thine eyes,5869 O God;430 for thou hast also spoken1696 of5921 thy servant's5650 house1004 for a great while to come,4480 7350 and hast regarded7200 me according to the estate8448 of a man120 of high degree,4609 O LORD3068 God.430

18 Что ещё может сказать Тебе Давуд за прославление Твоего раба? Ведь Ты знаешь Своего раба,

19 о Вечный! Ради Своего раба и по Своей воле Ты совершил это великое дело и дал все эти великие обещания.

20 Нет подобного Тебе, Вечный, и нет Бога, кроме Тебя, как слышали мы своими ушами.

21 И кто подобен Исраилу, единственному народу на земле, который Всевышний выкупил Себе, чтобы сделать Своим народом? Чтобы все узнали имя Твоё, Ты совершил великие и ужасные дела, выкупив Свой народ из Египта и изгнав перед ним другие народы.

22 Ты сделал Исраил Своим собственным народом навеки, и Ты, о Вечный, стал его Богом.

22 For853 thy people5971 Israel3478 didst thou make5414 thine own people5971 forever;5704 5769 and thou,859 LORD,3068 becamest1961 their God.430

23 И теперь, Вечный, пусть обещание, которое Ты дал о Своём рабе и его доме, утвердится навеки, и сделай, как Ты обещал.

23 Therefore now,6258 LORD,3068 let the thing1697 that834 thou hast spoken1696 concerning5921 thy servant5650 and concerning5921 his house1004 be established539 forever,5704 5769 and do6213 as834 thou hast said.1696

24 Пусть пребудет и возвеличится Твоё имя вовеки, чтобы люди говорили: «Вечный, Повелитель Сил, Бог Исраила, есть Бог над Исраилом!» И дом Твоего раба Давуда утвердится перед Тобой.

24 Let it even be established,539 that thy name8034 may be magnified1431 forever,5704 5769 saying,559 The LORD3068 of hosts6635 is the God430 of Israel,3478 even a God430 to Israel:3478 and let the house1004 of David1732 thy servant5650 be established3559 before6440 thee.

25 Так как Ты, мой Бог, открыл Своему рабу, что устроишь его дом, то раб Твой нашёл в себе смелость молиться перед Тобой.

25 For3588 thou,859 O my God,430 hast told1540 853 241 thy servant5650 that thou wilt build1129 him a house:1004 therefore5921 3651 thy servant5650 hath found4672 in his heart to pray6419 before6440 thee.

26 Вечный, Ты – Бог! Ты обещал Своему рабу это благо.

26 And now,6258 LORD,3068 thou859 art God,430 and hast promised1696 this2063 goodness2896 unto5921 thy servant: 5650

27 Пусть же станет Тебе угодно благословлять дом Твоего раба, чтобы он был перед Тобой вечно. Ведь Ты, Вечный, благословил его, и он будет благословен навеки!

27 Now6258 therefore let it please2974 thee to bless1288 853 the house1004 of thy servant,5650 that it may be1961 before6440 thee forever:5769 for3588 thou859 blessest,1288 O LORD,3068 and it shall be blessed1288 forever.5769
